Have had HRV service to change filters every so often and always they are polite, courteous and do a good job rapidly.Our house had a condensation problem from new and the HRV system cured the problem instantly, almost no condensation since installation.

I had 4 fans of the Gen3 (ARIZONA 7 DIFFUSERS GEN3) units failed, both were installed approx the same time in 2018 - fans with short life span. March this year I had the fans replaced and in April the filter light came on . Tried call the HRV service number and no one has called back.

The guy who came to service our hrv was on time, very respectful of our property and completed the job swiftly. Was very nimble getting into our roof space. Highly recommended.

Filter replacement went well. However, did not receive invoice despite confirming my email address in a phone call. Seven months later, with no prior warning, I have Baycorp chasing me. Very poor way to treat a customer.

Got the HRV installed by two lovely and professional installers, cleaned afterwards which hardly any tradespeople do. Usually in winter I have to go around mopping up the windows but no moisture on them the next day. 4pm that day in controller showed roof cavity 27 degrees but we set controller at 21. We had 21 degrees in house all day. Very happy with HRV best money we spent on house.

Received the very best service from such a wonderful young man. I was so impressed. Being an elderly woman I felt so very comfortable with his respect manner. Very efficient. He deserves accolades from his Manager. You are lucky to have him working for you HRV !
