The service was great hence the 2 stars. My mum came home with wet clothes and her hair was barely cut, just styled. She's a 78 year old pensioner and they charged her $80......

i wanted my hair dyed two colours, and ended up with dry damaged hair with one of the colours fading, one too dark, and it was uneven. the ends of the colours are also muddy.it was also 360$ for this, and a fringe trim which consisted of them only doing one snip then sending me off.they recommended me extra overpriced products which i haven't needed for a box dye that yielded better longer lasting results.overall, this place is overcharged and i just wish i never went.

Stacey did a lovely job with my highlights and the head massage was like getting a bonus spa treatment - so relaxing! The salon has a good, friendly vibe and they use gorgeous, luxurious products. My hair feels nice and healthy.

Do not recommend. I thought I would try this salon because the reviews looked good. Got there right on time and had to wait 25 minutes before I sat in the chair. Other clients told me this was normal. Poor time management. I seemed to get passed on to a different person each step of my haircut. Ended up costing me $95 for a wash, cut and style which I think is way too expensive. The only good thing I can say about this place was the hairdresser listened to exactly what I wanted and my hair looked good when I left. Very disappointed...

Had our three kids hair cut by Juliana at The Sample Room and the results were fantastic. Kids enjoyed her style and she made them comfortable and entertained. The salon itself is beautiful, well located and with easy parking. It was quite cozy, with comfy waiting chairs and great magazines. This salon is not only for females, we are also well treated and there was a man having his hair cut when we were, seemed content with his new look. Will come back again soon. Thank you all!

As a first-timer at this salon I can't fault them at all. I was made to feel at home immediately, especially so when Lisa listened intently to what I wanted (and I am not the easiest of customers to please) :) She made sure that I was comfortable with what she was going to do, we were certainly on the same page! I walked out there feeling on top of the world! Thank you Lisa, you're stuck with me now :)
