Team Dental Riccarton

May is absolutely the best dentist I have ever been to. She is thorough, professional, comprehensive and kind. She coached my breathing for getting my wisdom teeth out which made such a positive difference to the procedure. She takes the time to fully explain each step and is so respectful of how her patient is feeling. I didn’t realise going to the dentist could be this good. Thank you May!

I started going to Team Dental a couple of years ago and have been going back ever since. May is friendly and gentle. She makes you feel comfortable and always addresses any queries or concerns.Always recommend to others. Prices are also reasonable. There are some services/diagnostics that aren't available which can be a little inconvenient.

I havnt been to any dentist for years and Team Dental got me in really quickly for toothache. I saw Kevin Chew and he was the nicest dentist Ive ever seen - he explained everything so well and I hardly felt the anaesthetic for a filling. Best dental experience Ive ever had!

The male person who picked up the phone is incredibly rude and condescending. Mum called to cancel because she was unwell, and had to unfortunately cancel once before as she had multiple surgeries over the year. The person essentially accused mum of making up stories and implied that she should come in with a cold this time. Will not book here and book elsewhere instead.

Hadn’t been to a dentist in 4 years so thought I would try Team Dental Riccarton as it had good reviews and the late night appointment suited me. Kevin Tan did a great job cleaning my teeth and showing me the proper way to floss. I was quoted $145 before my appointment but when I paid it was $250 which was quite a shock. When I told the dental assistant she said it was cos it took longer to clean my teeth. Their website does say “Our Riccarton dentists will confirm costings with you before commencing treatment.” So it would’ve been nice to have been told it would cost more than they quoted me. Would still recommend them tho as they did do a great job at cleaning my teeth.

So grateful for what Kevin Tan did to my tooth today, I know I have a rare need but he find a way to solve it excellently. Thank you! — Charity
