I just want to thank you for the amazing service. Crystal Lyn was very attentive to details and very knowledgeable, great doctor! Also, one of the machines to measure the glasses wasn’t working and Dan from reception were above and beyond to help me. He took me to another store (partner) to do it and was very kind.

Eye tests for our whole family were well run and informative.Eye wear selection was helpful for optionsCollection of eye wear and ensuring the fit was correct was easy and super helpful.Staff in this branch have all been awesome to deal with :)

Crystal Lin was amazing. She did the tests that she needed to do and explained things to me in great detail and in a way that I understood. Crystals manner was super friendly. I will definitely be coming back to see her again .

Great customer service, I walked in on a customer yelling, of course unaware of the situation. But the staff stayed calm the whole time, apologised for the event which didn’t bother me at all. But appreciated the concern. The staff handled the situation well and the person left the store. I got a full eye exam which was $85 they made sure to ask me all sorts of questions to get as much info on my eyes and health since I am a new client. Was recently at Spec Savers but wanted a change. I was then greeted by another staff member who was very kind, spoke clearly and respectfully. Gave their honest opinion on frames that suited my face and helped me decide on a winner. Ran through with me the additional choices with respect and didn’t try to get me to buy the expensive options with no judgment. The receptionist or the lady in the store was so lovely also. I would def recommend OPSM to anyone looking for an eye exam or new frames. Yes Spec Savers is cheaper, but I felt this experience was more personalised, slower. And not over crowded like Spec Savers which for someone like me with social anxiety I liked, though it was late in the day at 3:30pm. Thank you OPSM team :) I look forward to getting my new glasses in 2 weeks time.

The team at OPSM were fantastic. Everyting from me requesting a change in time of my in depth eye health appointment and eye examination with less than 24 hours notice through to checking out frames so that I could conduct a face time call with my wife to show her my selection. Nothing was too much trouble from the front of house team or my optometrist. Great service from OPSM Dunedin, thank you all.

Had an exam with Evan Tennent who spotted a problem with my eye and referred me to the hospital for a checkup. Ended up with same day treatment at Dunedin Public for a retinal tear. Evan's expertise literally saved my sight! Thank you so much for your professionalism and expertise! Takeaway lesson - if you have even the slightest problem with your vision book an exam at OPSM .

Had one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time with my optometrist Chris - she was knowledgeable, great client interaction and provided exceptional options for me to consider. Very professional and I would definitely recommend.
