Nice store, staff very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a new TV and it was there the next day, brilliant. But....I wish they hadn't of gone away from their out door sports and hunting equipment.

No very happy with my experience at smith city cause purchased a 2 seater and a single seater lounge suite on the 2nd of march. I received the 2 seater 4 weeks ago and are still waiting for the single seater which they told me 3 weeks ago it was going to be 2 weeks and now it’s another 2 to three weeks. So are getting a bit annoyed.

Really a nice experience. I visited them 9/12/2022 afternoon. I dnt remember the name of the rep there exactly, but if my memory is correct, he was Gary. He offered me a good customer service. The waiting time was more than what I expected to. But anyways, my opinion is they had to have one more rep. Onsite parking is available but not a lot. Has got furniture, electronics, mobile phone accessories, exercise machines etc..

As long as you get the right staff member it ok. Don't look to buy the on the shelf products, no other stock, the excuse given was how can we sell it if it not on the shelf?". I was there to purchase but walked out confused and empty handed. Thankfully when my mother and I went back a day or so later we got a friendly and helpful young man who was far more polite and helpful

I rated 1 as very disappointed, I phoned 4-6 times no one answered. Emailed in the end still no reply. I ended up spending quite a bit of money elsewhere. Never struck this before where you could not get hold of a retailer. Hope they get it resolved
