Dr Shaz was incredible with explaining to a nine year old her thoughts on what treatment was needed and at the same time going into detail with me. My daughter walked away excited to be needing braces and not at all nervous or anxious. She understood everything Shaz explained about the process. Very impressed with the clinic and staff.

We now have two happy teens with nice straight teeth!The atmosphere at Milk is great and very friendly to kids and parents. I had the absolutely best experience at Milk. Dr Shaz and her team have done a wonderful job at producing a smile that was so much better than I had ever hoped for. I always felt that my concerns were listened to and made me feel valued at every appointment. There were challenges faced by everybody throughout my treatment due to COVID-19 but I always felt that the team at milk had made safety their no.1 priority for both the team and myself and I greatly appreciated that. Had an amazing experience at Milk Orthodontics after transferring from another orthodontist where I wasn’t able to get support. Dr Shaz, Cleo, and the team are excellent, super helpful, quick to answer questions, gentle and kind which is exactly what you want when someone is in your mouth! I had to get adult braces for a few months to correct a small problem, and I almost fell asleep while they were installed as it was so calming. Everything they did was explained clearly, I felt really respected and I’m so happy with the results. Even taking a mould for a retainer was stress free! Would recommend highly, worth every cent.
