Went in to get a quote was told I cannot get a quote they send that info to my insurer, checked website all AA insurers will be happy to give u a written quote when asked? am i right or am i wrong? I just dont trust them! Enter @ your own risk alright! Deserve no stars tbh!!!h..

Well they are very good at the work they do and both Charles and Kevin are very good mechanics and it's father and son business and they provide a good service they are 5 star rated if needed my car repaired and I was in Auckland I would go to papakura auto and marine

On Sunday my car broke down in Auckland as I am currently not wellI phoned these Guys they were so Great as they were in town came to meand towed my car back to their workshop at no chargeFabulous serviceGeorge

I have a Toyota hiace van the headgasket blew. Went to these guys were got a whole head kit waterpump belts all the stuff then Labour just under $4000. water was in the radiator for a run in period of 600km I didn't even make it 500km it over heated. Took it back to them checked it, radiator was blocked cleaned it said it was OK. They should have professionally flushed it when they had the van. Drive on to 600km run period was over so I changed the water to coolant at oil changers in East tamaki. I drive on for about 50km it over heats. I get a tk test from a different mechanic and the head gasket has gone again. take it back to Papakura Automotive they say it's my fault because I went to oil changers and got the fluid changed in the radiator and let someone else f#** with it. His words. And said the warranty was void, they washed there hands of me.So got the job done again with another mechanic GK Automotive & Reconditioners ltd. head off lucky it didn't crack skimmed it, new head bolts new gasket. $1700 a bit cheaper because less parts. The new mechanic found the reason papakura Automotive did not torque down 3 heads-up bolts properly and the head gasket popped, also a hose was cracked and one was not clamped down tight,Zero *Enter at your own risk
