Discount car rental

Not the best experience. Had to wait in a line just to pick up our car outside in freezing temperatures in queenstown with a baby. Car was ok. And absolutely un satisfactory service when dropping car back off. Explained was already late to get to the airport which obviously wasn't taken seriously as they made dropping off young girls that didn't even have a rental off in town before making us a priority to get to the airport. Just about missed our flight. Would help if you updated your address on Google too so when dropping car off you are not driving around looking for your place making us even later. Definitely would not reccomend to anyone and no will not use again. Worst experience we have ever had with any service and was the only bad thing throughout our whole trip down south. Also filled car right back to full which also they questioned when I said I would show them the receipt they said it must be a faulty fuel guage???

Very quick, responsive, and helpful service by the guys at DCRNZ Queenstown. Pick up at the airport was quick and easy. Rentals are reasonably priced too. Definitely worth checking out if you need a car.
