I had the pleasure of having my second Covid-19 vaccine here. I had been recommended this place as they offered walk ins and were friendly.I am glad I came here. Such incredibly friendly staff, painless injection, with barely any wait time.

Phoned here to make sure my prescription had arrived from my midwife. The lady (Nadia I think) answered the phone. Super rude. Told me it wasn’t there then hung up on me. I called back and told her I had remembered I had received a text it was there and was wondering if it was ready as it is Level 4 and I didn’t want to wait long with my one year old. She then replied snarkily “well if you received a text then OBVIOUSLY it is ready, bye” and tried to hang up on me again. I then said wait a minute I have one more question, how much is that and she proceeded to tell me that ONE prescription is $10. A total rip off. Awful service. And once going into the store the service was even worse. My mum manages a pharmacy and I told her this and she was horrified. Do not go to this pharmacy if you can help it. Awful awful service.

Always an awesome experience with this pharmacy, they always go the extra mile to make sure their regulars get what they need. Wont ever go anywhere else!!

Had an appointment for my 2nd vaccine arrived for my appointment only to see a closed store. No notifications what so ever. There was a couple that had a 9am app and where not informed that the shop would be closed. This is disgraceful.!!!
