Rude customer service. Spoke to one of the customer service team members on 4 October over the phone regarding the quick driver square bits but been informed that he does not have time to hang around when I tried to get more details about the product. Unprofessional and impatience.

I recently rebuilt and extended a large Deck. Simpson had the technical know-how for the best fixings; and provided excellent S/Steel self-drilling screw- the quality was impressive and the self-drilling tips saved me hours of pre-drilling--Well Done Team.
