Terrible service.. spent ages trying to get someone to come and fix the door after it was initially installed becuase it wasn't working properly.. finally had someone around but it still wouldn't open properly after they looked at it.. made noise, shuddered whilebring raised, left scrape marks up the door, had to physically push the door up in some places.. had another company come to service/look at it.. they said the motor was the wrong size, springs weren't tightened correctly, installed 200m to short..the list goes on... how u could get it so wrong is beyond me..DO NOT USE THEM.. follow up when things go wrong is terrible..we ended up giving up

I have had the misfortune of having to deal with Jon and the team in Christchurch on a major project. Three weeks of emails and phone calls and we still have no resolution. Even the threat of legal action has fallen on deaf ears. Do not make the mistake of using this company or you may well end up with a door that is worth scrap value

Phoned them 3 times in 5 months to look at the job. The office staff keeps forgetting to lodge a job. Won't let me speak to the manager and says he also doesn't have a cellphone. Haven't seen a poor service from any company before

Sent an enquiry via email and called via phone two months ago to order some parts for my door. Josh stated that he’s going to order them and send the payment detail to my email address but I receive nothing after two months. I call them continuously every week to ask for a call back but still no reply. Shocking customer service.

I sent an enquiry via the website and got a call and service repair all within 48 hours from Dion in Feilding who did an excellent job with our garage door repair and he and his assistant were very polite and friendly. It was a very reasonable invoice too. Faultless job and customer service received.

Very good service and reasonable pricing. The staff tried their best to correct my old door opener about 20 years old, but couldn’t as it was working erratic . Not money minded people as they could have straight away put in a new opener without trying anything on my old opener .Then I went in for a new opener and got it installed in less than an hour. works smoothly. I am happy with my new Merlin door opener :)
