Has had my phones for the last 5 weeks I have been the one chasing and there is constant excuses as to why you don't have my phones ready never communicated once with me promising this and that and delivered on nothing would never recommend this business to anyone gets angry at the customer when they say when are will it be ready disgusting

Great shop with great prices yes maybe the guy may not always be able to answer his phone but their is a reason behind that some of us may not no why. But other wise great i love my new computer for a great price.

Long story short ,i previously had my phone repaired at a shop at the lakes and was told only the screen could get fixed not the home button and the sound on the lphone had to be sent back to apple to be fixed , so i had no sound for 2and a half years , anyway bout 3weeks ago i broke the screen at work , smh , yesterday went into TECH CLUB check prices on how much to repair the screen , they were on to the problem better then the previous place i went to , definitely makes me feel like my phones brand new off the shelf ,highly recommend this place for your repairs owners actually a good guy him and his wife , fast and quick to fix the problem honest , i will be back i have a few more items that need fixing ,

Worst customer experience ever. Giving a one star because can't give zero. Took my laptop in to get screen hinge repaired. Was told it would take three weeks for the part to arrive from overseas. But would be an easy fix once part arrived. Allowed him over four weeks before calling for an update as had not heard anything. However, even after several calls and several messages left over the course of nearly two weeks - no response. Tried calling in to the shop in person, however, it was always closed. He did finally pick up only to inform me that the part arrived but that he had not got around to actually fixing it yet. Told him I just wanted my laptop back to take my business elsewhere. Told me he would be in shop the next morning and would call me. I turned up at the shop the next morning only to find it closed. Tried calling several times to no avail. Eventually got my laptop back (in worse condition than when I brought it in) nearly two months later since first dropping it off. However, he had lost my charger. Said he would drop it off to my place of work. Another four weeks later, still waiting for my charger...Don't waste your time here. Also, pretty sure most these reviews are from himself or his family...

was having trouble charging my Samsung phone went in to get new cable,that was not the problem needed new charging port fixed in a few minutes the cost was very good

Awesome service got my computer fixed and iPhone on time and also got a discount highly recommend will definitely be coming back if I need
