I think we have all had our fair share of products ordered and parcels not received.For the first time I ordered an item with specific delivery instructions and they were followed to the letter; what a concept (?) actaully following through on a request for parcel delivery.My product arrived in 3 days of order; it came gift wrapped..........and I fully intended to rewrap it......I don't have to.It is done with thought and care and a touch of style.I will purchase more from Time and Trends.I am beyond happy with my choice of product and the service and attention to detail.Thank you
