I have had two experiences there in the last two months and luckily for me I was served by Ashley Im sure the other girls are good but Ashley bent over backwards for me, Her customer service is outstanding and she really knew her stuff.

Returned a phone within 7 days that had a fault and was told it was an update issue. It wasn't. They could not have been less helpful or willing to offer a suitable solution. Samsung ended up helping.I would never recommend this retailer to anyone. They do not operate inside of the bounds of the retail act. Saying 'it is store policy' is not the same as acting inside the law! I will be taking them to small claims.

Sent my phone away to get repaired. They have taken my screen protector off and put it back on inadequately, now Spark are expecting me to buy another screen protector and do it myself.

Today my daughter Ruby and I upgraded our mobiles at Spark in Alexandra.Ashley assisted us and was most helpful, patient and courteous. She knows what she is doing and went the extra mile to ensure we got what we wanted. Can recommend her to everyone. Thanks again Ashley.

A big shout out to Jenette and Teresa for going out of their way to fault find and attempt to resolve an issue I had on my Travel SIM (visiting from Brisbane). The ladies went far beyond what I would call “business as usual” activity. This is what customer service is all about! Well done ladies and well done Spark Alexandra.
