Extremely poor response from both the in home consultant and the shop manager who I spoke to following my complaint. We had a free in home consultation in May and because we live in a country town had to pay $35 to return samples by courier. I contacted this person with our selection and still heard nothing. Rang store manager 3 weeks later and to date have heard from neither person. Very bad customer service and would not use or recommend this store to anyone. I have since had a response from a national manager who has been very obliging and empathetic with my concerns and has addressed the matters raised thank you

Excellent service yesterday in the Hamilton store from Phoebe. Knew the products, extremely helpful with advice, and made the effort to check out the back if further stock was available. If I had a retail store, I'd be chasing this lady

What an absolute joke this place is! I have been in to this store three times now, today is the last time at this branch! The customer service skills need to improve along with the availability of samples.Majority of the samples I chose were not available and the excuse is they are not returned to store from customers" or "we don't know where they are" this is not good enough and is not professional at all. Sort it out Curtain Studio Hamilton!"

where do I start... I was told the ready made curtains would be available in so many days, however, it was a whole week later. Once the curtains where up which looked lovely, there was a whole set missing in the dinning area. After several phone calls later and a couple more weeks after that they finally appeared. 4 weeks of lost rental money..... do the figures!

We usually go there and get normal service. But the new assistant manager was very helpful when getting a sheer curtain. She knew everything about curtains and guided us giving tricks and information. Thank you for the awesome friendly staff experience.

I had average customer service here the first couple of times I went in to buy curtains, but then I went in one day and there was a lady working there who was absolutely AMAZING - she got me completely sorted (I was like, WOW), and then she gave me a discount because the curtains & blind I ended up with weren't part of the sale. I have never experienced customer service like that, ever - unfortunately I didn't get her name and I don't think she usually works at the Victoria Street shop.15 October, 2018

Great help in store selecting fabrics to suit but dont listen to how long they say it will take to be ready, they will take alot longer than you are promised in store. In our case told 3 weeks maximum from deposit to installed, they will be installing 5 weeks after arranging a site measure at the earliest (we ordered at least 5 months in advance while our home is built to avoid living in a curtainless home). Curtain studio are aware we are unhappy with this but beyond a weak apology they dont appear to care beyond wanting to confirm they can install when ready. Seems to be a bit of a disconnect between shop staff and when HQ takes over the order.

Great, knowledgeable staff. BUT be prepared for their Head Office to demand payment in full before they'll install your curtains. Never encountered this practice anywhere else and not at all impressed - hence three stars.

I have never left a review this bad but I am left sorely wishing I never went NEAR curtain studio. After much back and forth and inaccurate quotes we finally had half our blinds installed in October 2020, 3 needed to be resized so they were sent back. We were charged again and got confirmation that the new deposit had been received on 1st December. I followed up on 22nd December via email, no response. I called head office to follow up on 29 Jan 2021, was promised someone would get back to me and never heard from them. Followed up again on 4th Feb and same story. Called again today on 23rd Feb and was told the blinds were only sent to the supplier on the 5th Feb! 2 months after we confirmed our deposit. I cannot begin to express how horrendous this customer service experience has been!!!! We are STILL waiting and I am guessing we will never see these blinds again! Never ever go near these guys!
