Have always had great service and advice from the team at Broadway Medical Centre

Very disappointed that a receptionist advised me that my son would require more medical help than they could probably give. Then the nurse didn't follow the instructions given which caused more drama. Use to get good service from the practice but now feel it's gone down hill. If GPS weren't short on the ground would consider going else where

Seen two GP’s, all very good and actively listen, consider what’s best for me and are quick with results and never had to wait more than a week for an appointment

Excellent service for visa related medicals and relatively cheap in dunedin. Carin at the reception is kind, considerate and was on her toes to make everything smooth for my case. Pauline the nurse, could probably just heal with her words. Thank you, Broadway team.A suggestion: carpet needs cleaning in the last room, at the end of the hallway.

I can not stress to you how rude this practice is. Incredibley judgement and the reception staff, don't not know enough information .Would avoid

This place is terrible their treatment of customers is sub standard and when i tried to book an appointment for my child i was told that I would have to wait 26 days ....... this is unacceptable this business has obviously taken on too many clients and walk ins so that even if you are with this provider and even if you have an assigned doctor you have to wait a month for your sick child to be seen this place should be shut down. If they have no concern for the health of a child....... do you really think they care about you.

Not a very nice Receptionist. Was told to go for a walk because they we're trying to keep numbers down in their waiting room. It was raining and I had my little girl with me. I was 37mins early for my appointment. A little bit of empathy goes a long way. I travelled a 45min trip. I'm visiting the Dr's because I'm unwell and the last thing I want to do is walk the Streets of the city to kill time. Unacceptable!!!

My wife was referred there by Her GP. When we got there was no drop off park, no disabled park, no disabled access. After walking from warehouse car park in Rattery St She felt unwell we had to turn around and go Home. Surely the NZ Building Code requires this Building to have: Disabled Access, Disabled Park or Drop off Park.

Worst practice in duedin. would avoid at all cost. The reception peopleHave had countless communication errors with the reception staff that has cost me abit, going back and forward to chemist and doctors, never get calls back and prescriptions are never signed this has haopened every month so not a once off. So If you want quick efficient non judging people this isn't the one for yoh

I had an elderly relative going to a doctor here and I apologize to her as I did not take her seriously when I changed doctors to this practice that she was not being treated well when she called and felt bullied. Initially I thought that it was just one reseptionist that was demeaning and degrading to talk to, to the point where I would avoid calling up to fill prescriptions or make an appointment, The receptionist I have spoken to a few times was so rude I felt was treated like a petulant 5yo incapable of understanding her, she repeated herself over and over and when I said I understood she would slow down and repeat herself again, in the end I had a family member talk for me and was surprised when he received the same treatment, they will also ask for money owed no matter who calls up or what for in my experiance , I mean 20$owed for a week and they will ask multable times in one call no matter who so be careful of that, each workplace has its own culture and wile some staff are nice it’s pot luck and not worth it
