Absolutely appalled.I was visiting a friend in the Dementia wing of the rest home, and I am saddened to say I am appalled at the treatment of the patients by the staff and thier work ethic.I cannot speak for the entirety of the staff or Windsor Court as a whole, but during my time visiting the dementia wing I found that the staffondutyspent most of thier time on thier phones out of view of the patients, physically and virtually ignoring them by not paying attention and being in a complete separate room.It would be my understanding that, in a rest home wing that specializes in dementia, the patients would need an extra careful eye watching over them almost 24/7 as the confusion is so severe. Not having staff hide from thier patients.I also witnessed an argument between two patients that began to get physical, and the staff on shift sat by and let it happen, barely looking up from thier phones to ask the patients to stop.I wish I could leave a 0 star review, this is absolutely horrible to witness and I hope nobody would have to go through this at all, I would not reccommend the dementia wing of this place to anyone who values thier family members needs. Dissappointing.

Mum is very happy here, she chose to move into Radius Windsor.The staff are kind and that for me is the most important thing.
