The speech therapist is warm and friendly. Our 5 yr old boy liked her immediately. She makes the lessons interesting and some are fun. The dedication she shows is wonderful. We are very pleased with the progress made.

A couple of years ago when we started the speech therapy journey for our daughter we had a less than stellar experience with Auckland Speech Therapy (AST). Once brought to attention, AST went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Last year when we decided to proceed with regular therapy, we therefore went back to ATS. We have had a therapist named Jumi working with our daughter this past year. Her communication with us has been excellent. Not only has she consistently provided thorough weekly updates on progress, but she has given us tools and ideas to support our daughter's learning at home and school, outside of lessons. Highly recommend this professional service.
