Excellent company to deal with. Rachel is excellent on the phone, very friendly, asks all the right questions so she has a clear indication of parts required.they have an excellent web site set up to send in photos of parts required, make and model numbers. Very quick to answer my inquiry and order parts required, clear quotes given of prices before ordering. I dropped my broken door off, parts were ordered, door fixed immediately and was contacted to collect all in a couple of days. they are working contactless at the moment but still able to provide and excellent efficient service. I highly recommend Berridge Appliances, it’s a number I’ll certinally keep for if required again. Thanks guys I really appreciate the whole service given.

These guys were great. $50 for original assessment, diagnosed 2 faults, ordered parts. Once parts installed realized there were further major issues and advised too costly to repair. They returned the new parts to manufacturer at no cost to me and only charged for the original assessment.

Rang and spoke with the staff who were very helpful and friendly. They didn't have the part at the time as it was on order so they put the part aside when their order came in and rang me. In the meantime they offered me the contact details for their competition in case they had the part in their stock. Amazing service!

Didn't use these guys this time, as wasn't quite what we needed, but gosh they were so helpful and gave great advice, for no charge. Definitely keeping this company on our list of useful companies.

These guys are awesome! Coming out of lockdown they were super busy, but still found time to fit us in. I have no reservations in recommending them. They give friendly, personal service, are very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Thanks Rachel and Kyle, you both rock!!

Highly recommended and so honest. Told us before they came out likely diagnosis (bearing going) and likely cost of parts, callout and Labour and consider whether it was worth it versus buying a new machine. Decided to go with a new machine insteadMost repairers would just come out, charge the call our fee

Good efficient service. The message system advises you of there up to date availability which gives you a heads up. Then when speaking to them they give concise advise with time to chat". The actual service call was clean and informative."

Great friendly service. Highly recommended. Kyle found and fixed some unsafe wiring under our sink while working on our broken dishwasher (caused by another handyman previously) so he may have saved our lives. Thanks Kyle!
