Personal service, to a high quality, and great value! We fortunately have late model vehicles that require minimal service - Paul arranged for warranty service to be covered for us with Ford NZ, which was a great savings in costs and travel to their dealerships. Sounds funny, but I actually look forward to dealing with the team and getting the cars serviced!.

We've just moved to Otaki and needed to find a reliable and good mechanic to look after our vehicle. Social media is a great source to find one. The feedback for Paul's business was excellent. He was honest fair and delivered a quick service. Highly recommend Paul.

Absolutely appalling service and attitude!Bullying the elderly using stand over tactics into paying them money for nothing!Never deal with this man.My elderly mothers car (she is nearly 80) broke down 3 hours from her home and was towed to this vile workshop. She was given a quote then called back to say don’t worry someone is coming to get the vehicle. The next day. This man became very aggressive and abusive over the phone demanding she pay $200 for the waste of his time and demanded she pay both shipping to return a part he had ordered.My poor mother was threatened and bullied over the phone and made to feel like she HAD to pay this money she was that upset by his behaviour. This is an ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING way to treat any customer especially an elderly woman with not much clue on anything as she lives hours away.Absolutely revolting behaviour of a grown “man”This will be taken further.

Very helpful and great work. They managed to get us in for a WOF and associated repairs at short notice.

We had problem with breaks and had to stop and find closest workshop. Guys in workshop were very nice and helpful. They looked at the car immediately, even though they had plenty of work. We had to stay in Ōtaki over the weekend and wait for spare parts, but they fixed our car as fast as they could. Very good communication and professional approach. Thank you for helping us on our way to South Island.

Paul was super helpful when my towball came loose on the expressway while towing. Popped into his workshop and he had it tightened up and we were back on the road in minutes. Didn’t even charge us, thanks so much!
