We approached Brewer Joinery because of the positive reviews but… The help we received in the showroom was fantastic and then we waited for contact to arrange a site measure and quote for a house lot of joinery. Several weeks later and no contact we followed up and were promised a call back that day, next follow up we were promised an email and on the 3rd call we received an apology but a couple of months from our showroom visit we have had absolutely no contact to arrange the site visit!

Our situation differed from the normal purchase of double-glazed aluminum joinery. It wasn't until we had purchased our 7 year old shed that we noticed the windows fog. I have nothing but the highest of praise for how Mick, Jake and the team dealt with our problem. They went above and beyond to rectify our issue under the guarantee. Without question or complaint. As retirees it meant a lot to us. It is my pleasure to highly recommend Brewer Joinery Ltd.
