From quotation to completion absolute amazing personal and professional service.We are absolutely delighted with the recommendation and installation of the Fujitsu heat pump. 10 out of 10.Kim listened to all our questions and answered everyone patiently sometimes twice to ensure our peace of mind. When faced with obstacle(s) such as drain gully trap and outside water tap - they were creative in turning the unit sideways.Andy went about the install professionally and in my opinion could have done it blind folded. Clean and amazing.

Important:In case you didn't know, Kim of HPS knows a great deal about coffee.He understands that, while the taste and foam content of your Double Expresso are both very important, the invigorating effect of your expresso can be significantly enhanced and extended by also enjoying a sweet pastry or biscuit with it.Oh, and by the way, Kim and his highly experienced HPS team also know all there is to know about Heat Pumps; which of their top line brands is best suited to meet your needs, where to locate it, how and when to install it and, most importantly, what to do and to not do.Highly recommended!
