I went into noel leeming. Albany. I was greeted instantly (which was greatly appreciated) and spent about 1/2 hr or more with a very patient young man called Kevin. He was explaining that my cloud storage was full and how to remedy this. It took some time for me to grasp the concept! Kevin was really patient, kind and a tremendous help to me. Thanks so much. Keep up the great customer service.

All your outlet's are great however, I received the best service by Ryan who went above & beyond to help me. I purchased a few things & Ryan explained, advised & recommended certain products & his reasoning behind it. This young man has huge potential, hard to find people like Ryan, so thank you for all you did for me.

Brought two security sets and had installed by a son, to protect me from the druggies next door, as have ongoing issues with. Son told me to have a play around with it lol. Well I messed everything up, with the help of Eufy customer service I got it back up running, thank you.

Noel Leeming is usually a fantastic experience. Coming all the way from Taupo, we've had some top-notch customer service from them in the past, so it was a no-brainer to give the Noel Leeming in Albany a shot. But let me tell you, what I encountered there was the absolute pinnacle of rudeness and passive aggression. I walked in with a problem with my phone, mind you, a phone I had bought from Noel Leeming, so I figured they'd be willing to help me out, right? Boy, was I dead wrong. I was met with three ladies at the counter, all of them looking like they'd rather be anywhere else in the world and had to get there attention for any assistance as they were chatting away. The one who served me, was maybe of indian descent, had the worst attitude you can imagine. When telling her about my issue she responded with short, snappy answers and repeated things I'd already told her like I was stupid. No help whatsoever, and downright rude to boot. I wouldn't recommend this branch of Noel Leeming to a soul. The staff there haven't got a clue, and they better start by training that lady at the register on how to handle customers' problems.

Ordered product to be collected from Albany. Arrived faster than they said and had everything I needed to get it working.

Very unprofessional customer support, It was good on selling, but totally different service you got when there is a problem. Once I bought a TV and found out is broken once open the package at home, then try to replace it on the same day, the second time to get insurance replacement of my Mac book 14 inch, but they give me 13 inch. Have to went several times to get it correct, once I got there 15 minutes before store close, all of them standing there told me I have to come back again tomorrow. Want to give them No-Start, Definitely not a store I will choose to buy anything.

I came to Albany store today and want to buy a air pods. I have spoke to an eldest staff without name badge. I asked him can you do the price match and he answered me No, because competitor’s price is with limited time tag, he can’t. That’s so ridiculous and unacceptable reason. Then this staff just walk away. I consider maybe this sale can’t make any commission for himself. That’s the only reason why he didn’t educated and explained for his customer. So poor customer service from this eldest staff. But thanks another young staff with great service, explained the Nole Leeming price is quite low at this moment and company can’t make much profit. He still do the price match for me. Much appreciated for that young staff.

They only care about you if you look at high value items.. no body comes and asks if you need anything or if you look after anything at all, staff sitting on their phone and ignoring you, approaching staff they walk away from you if you are in the accessory areas... NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER! Your staff should learn the meaning of this phrase

We went in over the holiday/ festive period. Our ice maker machine had decided to stop working, on our arrival, we were very well greeted by the staff on duty, the one young lady Tina worked through our whole claim that we had, great experience and the way she addressed everything was of such a very high standard.She arranged for a replacement unit, but we were to wait about 7 working days, this included the public holidays.We were contacted 5 days later informing us that the replacement unit had arrived. I went in that afternoon and the whole replacement was done with no problems. Having an ice maker back at home over this hot weather period, was seriously so good.Our thank you to the whole team who were involved in all the time we spent there and the very professional way we were helped. Thank you again Tina, your company can be extremely proud of having you work for them.Highly recommend to all current and future customers, lots of parking available in front of the store, as well as special parking for collection's.
