Unable to repair my vehicle like they said they could. Do not have the capacity to prioritise jobs other than the order they come in, fair enough for existing customers, but monopolising on being one of the only options in town for those stranded from out of town... Still charged me a large sum of cash for labour without getting me any closer to being on the road or considering what they cost me in time (DAYS) waiting around for them. During my experience I found communication terrible and frustrating. On top of which, panel damage was cause to my vehicle which was not owned up to. BEWARE.

Quite helpful staff. Were all booked out but took some time to test/give advice for me as I was stuck in Whitianga with alternator issues. Helped me enough that I could drive home to Auckland.
