DHL Express Service Point - Victoria St West NZ Post & Kiwibank (Collection only)

Not sure how this is possible, but they can't find an address right on Parnell Road that every other courier has been delivering to. customer service doesn't respond.

I was expecting a delivery today, which has not yet arrived. This is causing me a great deal of stress, as I have an important commitment based on the documents that were supposed to be delivered.My due date is on Thursday, and if the documents do not arrive on time, I will be paying a heavy fine. This is completely unacceptable, as I relied on your company's promised delivery date to plan my schedule.I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise that may cause delays, but I would appreciate more transparency and communication regarding the status of my delivery. It is extremely frustrating to be left in the dark and not know when to expect my package.

ATROCIOUS SERVICE!!!! The staff simply do not care if parcels arrive and telling them multiple times that couriers are not dropping off items results in blank stares and a well that is not my problem" bureaucratic indifference. The staff act like they have jobs for life and do not care at all about customer service. The arrogance is simply breathtaking. If your items do not arrive don't bother visiting them

DHL informed me that they could not deliver because there was no one home which was a deliberate lie because we were working in the foyer all morning - not the first time they have fibbed about non delivery

Terrible company. I got knocked off my bike by a DHL driver and the company doesn't care. All care no responsibility
