This gym, lead by a female black belt, changes the landscape of martial arts. Creating a space for you to benefit from all the positive aspects of BJJ - discipline, fitness, self defence, technique, problem solving, confidence, team work, goal setting; without having to be in an environment focused solely on fighting.The alternative approach.
