Clean, fresh, and home away from home. Sky sports for the bloke; buttery Chardonnay for the chic. Fantastic views, service, and location.

5 star +++ Stayed in the Cabana Room very quiet 100% perfect especially due to the location on the property which made it very quiet. Room was immaculate and bed very comfortable. Parking right outside the unit. Does not face the other units so was able to have quiet time in the morning with my coffee outside. Kitchen is basic but perfect for everything. Would be ideal for a week plus long stay for a single ir couple travelling. Bathroom was spotless. If you are looking for the latest and greatest with windows that dont open go to Frankton. If you just want to relax after a long day then this is the place to stay and fairly central to most places. 40 to hour mins to most main places. Hosts were very welcoming. I will be back one day.

I recently stayed at the Motel just before our cycle tour. Very clean, well appointed rooms with great service. I recommend them.

Central Gateway Motel
Traveling from the States and stopped at this motel for the night to break up our drive to Te Anau. Rooms were very clean and looked like they have been renovated recently. Had a perfect little family room for us and the kids. There is a park right next door if you need to have the kids run off a little steam. Only issue was the shower handle which was a little finicky. Perfect for an overnight stay though!

Decent facilities close to the historic precinct. About 20 min walk to centre of town, and about a 5-7 min walk to historic precinct.

Central Gateway Motel
Stayed at this motel a couple of weeks ago. What a great place...conveniently located to Old Cromwell Town and cycle trails, well maintained and so very clean! Great team of staff - all caring and considerate. Highly recommend.

Nice place to stay. Nice big bed and tastefully decorated room. Plenty of space too. Everything you need. Shower could have done with a bit more pressure
