Bad food quality and bad customer service everI ordered a burger combo and a 6pk nugget box. Repeated a few times that I want fresh nuggets for my child and my order was confirmed correctly. I got my order but the nuggets were cold and too hard to eat. Asked nicely if I could get fresh wants as per my order. Waited for a bit then I was given another box but it was popcorn chicken. Asked again if I could get fresh nuggets. At this time there was a long queue behind me so I drove in and waited inside. Later I got a nugget box so I checked inside(because it was the same guy at the pick-up window and he was so grumpy). I found so much moisture between 2 nuggets as if someone spit inside the nugget box. I went to the counter and showed it. The counter person called boss and another staff came. I showed it to the staff and tried to explain. However the 'boss' grabbed the box, turned around and throw it to the rubbish bin. She didn't even wait for me to finish and she did not say a thing or came back to me. I had to ask the staff at the counter that I just want my money back.- Failed to give the order correctly 3 times- Failed to manage the drive-thru queue (I chose to go inside so others can get orders)- Failed to maintain food quality (the first box was not something you can eat)- Failed to ensure food safety (I showed the 3rd box to a few other people and it was so clear that it looked disgusting and I did not have to explain anything)- Failed to manage customer complaintsFirstly, I just cannot trust the branch with their food safety. It was simply a shocking experience when I got the 3rd box. I don't think I need to explain more.Secondly, it was very disappointing when I had to deal with Lisa (the boss who threw the box and ignored me), It was clearly unacceptable behaviour, especially from the person in charge..It was so much stress for just a single box of nuggets.

My husband and I ordered the 7$ special, the lady taking our order over the machine was mumbling inaudibly and when we got home we only received 1 chicken piece each instead of the two as advertised. To top it all it was the breast bone with it's typical soft soggy coating. The only nice things about KFC is their chip spice.

This place is seriously turning into a dump I've had two bad experiences two nights in a row now, it is safe to say I won't be back for a third.On the first night (27/8/22) I tried ordering a meal, two hours left of service and they've ran out of chicken. I asked for a replacement for the 2 wicked wings that would of came in my order such as a gravy a snack burger etc and they shut it down just told me I needed to order something else that was available.That's just ridiculous considering you guys aren't a new store in the area, trade patterns should be well understood at this point. Not to mention you literally sell CHICKEN, you should be making sure you are well stocked on the one thing you're known for.Second night (28/8/22) I show up around 9.25pm and the dine in area is already closed up and cleaned etc, which is really bizarre considering the operating hours state Sunday - Wednesday are 10am - 10pm for dining in and 12pm for the drive thru no where did it state they would be closing early due to potential stock issues or anything of that nature.To make matters worse they werent able to complete my order this night either for the exact same reason of not having things available. What is going on with this place..Seems they don't care enough to fix the little issues anymore but they're more than happy to give you lesser options and take the communities money. Staff don't seem to give a horses arse either, just shrug off the complaints like it's not their issue worst KFC I've been to in my opinion. Rather go to New Lynn next time.

SHOCKING SERVICE. Waited 45 minutes just for my food to be served to someone else. Other customers were even waiting around the same amount of time. I spent $53.97 for nothing and didn't even get a refund. I tried talking to the employees multiple times to see if it was ready but I got ignored and they talked amongst themselves instead. Ended up leaving. Please don't waste your money here. Very disappointed. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

What a fiasco!!! Queued through the drive through to be told at the speaker no eftpos. So park the car, go to get cash out and have to walk in and order. They have really gone downhill, no seasoning on chips. Don't bother going there.

Been here about 10 times now, and is Probably the best KFC in Auckland as far as the food goes. Service is always a little on the slow side but this is probably due to cooking everything fresh!Chicken is never dry and always perfectly cooked. And hasn't been sitting in the warmer for hours.Burgers are always made well, and not just slapped together plus they never forget to add the supercharged sauce when asked for which is a massive bonus for me as its often forgotten at other branches.If this KFC is your local I'm envious.

Seems to be the most consistent KFC quality wise. Never had a problem with an order here. The one time we did we were given extra chicken in our order for waiting a bit longer for food so made up for that. Generally is a tidy store compared to some I have seen.

Piping hot delicious food, very clean store and facilities, great customer service. It took almost 15 mins to get our food but the staff were back there working their butt's off as it was obviously an extremely busy night so no dramas. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about as that was not our experience this evening.

Bad food ever!!!Took delivery of an order and the quality of the food was shocking, it looked like they'd gone round the tables and collected people's left overs and delivered them to me. I may aswell of put my money in the bin. Shouldn't ordered from Lincoln road, Henderson KFC.

Very hit and miss we order KFC at least weekly from here as it is our local. Sometimes it’s great, other times not good, main issues are almost always the wait time drive thru and delivery orders come first while those ordering in store come last. Always check your order too, they are so over worked they often miss items out.
