Fabulous service from the Door City team. I called on a Tuesday before 8am and the phone was answered! Eddie was great to speak with and understood my plight. Later that day Graham phoned to say he would be at our house the next day. Which he was at 8am sharp, he replaced the broken spring... all fixed and sorted out in just over 24hrs from first contact! Outstanding service by a friendly and professional team - thank you.

Our 13 year old Garador sectional door had issues, Doorcity arrived next day and spent considerable time trying to fix it, in the end a new door opener was also required (with 7 year warranty for the one we got). We were very impressed with the service and new opener

7/2/2017 perfect response from owner Craig to my request for help with my auto garage door.Telephoned exactly when he said he would. Serviceman telephoned me 15 minutes before arriving so I could meet him on site. Serviceman knew exactly what to do. Was efficient and had the necessary requirements for repair on board his van.Wish all companies were as responsive and as reliable.What a difference it makes when things go wrong.Thank youHelen

Wow - What outstanding service from Heather and the Team. Rather than pushing for us to buy a new motor, for our over 20 year garage door opener, Heather suggested a service & repair to see if it could be fixed - knowing that we had to leave a fully functioning door as part of our house sale, just one week away.On top of that - the awesome serviceman made time to get to us at 6.15am, the next morning, on his way to work, because we had the removal company" coming in the following day!I would highly recommend Door City Wellington to anyone needing this type of service.Thanks Door City - Lesley"

Fantastic service to repair a faulty door. Maybe it’s just their normal service but I felt valued, my door was repaired the next day. Super friendly and nothing seemed to be a problem. They obviously know what they are doing, excellent workmanship, knowledgeable and excellent value. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend. Definitely go back. Service was in complete contrast with another company who had been out 3 x hadn’t repaired fault just kept charging 3 times that of Door city. Thankyou Doorcity for excellent service, you provide gold standard.
