Clean and kind. Bit expensive comparing to other place. But you don't need to buy a charging card for first time, you can just pay the laundry cost to a staff there, then he will tap his card to start machines.

The owner is really rude.He opened the dryer door as soon as it finished, and looked like he was going to pull it out. I was actually right there - he was at pains earlier to say I'd be charged extra for being late.It had my bras and underwear. So I asked him politely not to touch it. He became angry, and hovered next to me saying how I shouldn't come here if I don't like how he does things. So I won't.

I today I saw the most appalling and unprofessional behavior from any business owner. As I was on my break at work I heard a mother in complete distress. She was being yanked and pulled at aggressively by the woman owner, this was all happening while the mother had a very young baby in her arms. I have never seen a baby so upset.I went over and praised the mother for standing her ground as the rug she brought in, came out damaged with holes, which I saw myself. I understand why she refused to pay. I wouldn't have either.The male owner also came out, who was not physically aggressive but pushy, telling her she has to pay and tried taking the rug. He then gave up, finally accepting that he was not going to get the payment for something that had been damaged under his care.There is no need for that type of behavior. Even though it was not my item, I will refrain from doing any type of business with you.To the young lady with her baby, even though I do not know you. I am proud of you for standing your ground! I hope you and your little one are OK.

The staff were not very friendly, specially the older man. I won't be going back.

The owners are rude and aggressive. When I came to pick up my rug, I found that it was covered in little pulls/holes. When I pointed these out to the man, he just smiled and nodded. I tried to tell them I wasn't happy and didn't want to pay for them ruining my rug. When I tried to leave his wife came and was incredibly aggressive, yelling, screaming, and trying to yank the rug off me. I was holding my baby in my other arm and was astonished. But I held my ground and explained to her about the holes. She kept yelling and yanking. So I yelled and yanked back! They followed me out into the street with more screaming and yelling. It was awful. I was shaking, my baby was screaming. I wish we could have sorted it out with regular talking and negotiating.

Exceptionally well organised, crispy neat and tidy place - you can see from the first glance that owners love and cherish their business. There's no need to mention the quality of a job done: it's always high and completed in time. I wish I would discover this spot earlier.
