The whole process from the initial phone call to installation and switching over live to solar has been amazingly seamless. All of the team have been really helpful in answering questions and making me feel at ease with my decision to join solar zero. The team that arrived to fit the solar panels and system worked so well as a team, something I have rarely experienced as a customer. I can't rate the staff and product of solar zero high enough. You are amazing.

After a visit from Eric Heijbroek and a frank discussion on follow up phone conversation. It was mutually agreed that there was of little benefit for me to proceed with solar panels. As I am a pensioner in my mid to late 70s. the benefit was not there as I may in the near future , Have to shift to a Retirement facility . I am a past operator of NZ power Stations and Substation's in the NZ transmission system, and a very keen supporter of the alternatives , especially Solar Energy. I believe this is the future for NZ. I hope that in the future, all new houses will have solar installed. I thank Solar Zero for their input and their foresight to take this to New Zealanders, Now and in the future. I wish I was Ten Years younger, and this would be a must.

From the start, my dealings with the members of the staff were handled very in a professional and knowledgeable manner.If they did not know something they went away and found the information.As my family will be responsible, when the lease is passed on, I asked many, many questions on their behalf and eventually all were replied to.The installation went like a dream and the team that completed the install were probably the most professional I have worked with, and I have worked with large numbers of service people.There was never a time when all were not fully utilised and all the team worked very happily together.It has not been switched yet as the final inspection is not due for 2 weeks, so that is something to look forward to.I could not recommend solaZero and Skilled Electrical enough

Our panels and cabinets were installed by a great team answering any questions rain brought installation to a halt but back the following day. Inspection and relay change took some time but these were outside contractors, once completed solarzero contacted me and unit was on line. Congratulations so far our bill has been in credit long may it remain so

I had Solar Zero installed last Thursday. The installation crew (Bob, Brad, Jared & Sophie) did a fantastic job on the day. They were professional, efficient and a friendly crew who did a great job and explained and answered all queries and questions that I had. The back office customer service provided by Julia and Matt, has also been really attentive, informative and well received. Thank you to the Solar Zero team for providing such a great experience and await the next phase of inspection and sign off!!!

Initially we had a questionable customer experience which was mostly a factor of living on Waiheke Island but boy did these guys turn my perception around. From the leadership down through the entire install and support team we have been extremely impressed.The quality of the installation and commissioning process have been top notch and we are now very happy customers making regular savings.The best way to get solar and help the planet at a reasonable price in NZ! Highly recommended.

We had our SolarZero system installed just over a month ago just after we had everything signed off and switched over, we had a power outage in our area which at the time we thought was a small blip with the power but that was just our power switching over from the grid to the battery which we didn't realise until we went outside the house. I was wonderfully surprised and impressed at how quick and efficient everything was to set up from the initial consultation to the end product. Ali and his team did an amazing job with everything and even had time to just have good old yarn while still getting the job done. Varun who had come over to do my consultation and explain everything and got the ball rolling for the install. Craig the contracted inspector who came and did the final inspection and sign off. I've also now signed up to their broadband deal and I dealt with Vinod who helped me with some of questions I needed to check before committing. He was very professional and to the point letting me know what I would need to do once I had made the switch and had received the new modem. I want to acknowledge that with both Varun and Vinod having to either physically visit a potential customer or call a potential customer knowing there is a big chance that it would have been a wasted visit or call they still took the time and had the patience to explain everything and for me that is a massive bonus to have people in the field who are both genuinely passionate about their product but also have the patience to deal with customers like myself who have questions and concerns about their products and just want to be certain this is what's best for my family in the long run. I want also mention their customer care person Apisalome who has been a amazing with all my questions regarding the switch as well. Switching over has been the best decision I've ever made.

Installation was little delay by installers. Other then that everything was on time and perfectly organized and kept informed. Thank you, Eshita Gupta from solar zero to get everything organized and keeping us informed.

They were highly professional, efficient, and friendly. They not only completed the installation impeccably but also took the time to explain everything and address any questions I had.I must also commend the exceptional customer service provided by Kai and Ayoshi. They have been extremely attentive and informative, and their assistance has been appreciated.I would like to extend my gratitude to the Solar Zero team for delivering such a wonderful experience.
