I ordered for All berry blast but they gave me a different one. I told them and they gave me a berry blast this time. But the berry blast wasn't at the desirable taste like the other tank shops. I am a regular customer for tank and i got disappointed this time.

Dropped by the store and grabbed a mega green and a caribean. They are tasty. The store was so busy but the team was nice and helpful. The manager was bubbly and fast although the store was crazy at the time.

Bad customer service. The lady working around 1pm on 11 March was so rude towards the staff (guy) working on that day. She also make us waited for our drink for almost 20 mins!! Really bad experience we had here! Will not return!

Came here the Sunday before, they’re out of key greens like kale and spinach, last Sunday door’s shut during business hour, the smaller dark skinned girl saw us standing outside and didn’t bother to address us and continue to look down. Came today and the same dark skinned girl just walked out of the store leaving one girl behind serving a good 6-7 of us. Obviously it took forever, not efficient at all, noticed other guests complaining about the wait time. Not impressed.

90 percent ice, 10 percent rest of the stuff. Wasted 10 dollars. Still frozen after 1 hr.

Always seems majorly understaffed, food (although good) takes an unreasonably long time and just not worth the long wait

Thai chicken salad make me sick. The chicken wasn't cooked properly and I only found out after I'd eaten most of it.
