Had my brows done here and am so very pleased with the outcome! I've had them done before elsewhere (more than once) but Sheila Pasini-Ferneyhough at The Refinery did a waaaaay better job. She assesses what you want, has the courage to be bold with it and perseveres to get the result you want. LOVE my new brows. Chur Sheila!

Sheila is an absolute professional - super meticulous about her work and made sure I was super comfortable and happy before we did anything permanent. Everything was extremely clean and nicely laid out and I even got the cutest aftercare kit. She made sure I knew exactly what I needed to do to look after them while they healed and was more than happy to answer all my questions. I'm in love with my new brows! Cannot recommend The Refinery highly enough!
