I rarely review but Tim's worthy of one. Tim came at short notice to fix a broken water mains pipe. Great service, reliable and all round good bloke, would certainly use again. A+++

i am an electrician (knockout electrical) who has worked with North shore plumbing on many jobs over the past 2 years. Tim is very professional and does a great job every time. Coming from the viewpoint of another NZ registered tradesperson I would definitely be happy to have tim work on my own home.

Tim was fantastic, responded to an S.O.S on the same day in between jobs, half an hour quick install and leak repair. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Will be using Tim for all plumbing related jobs and would strongly recommend him to anybody seeking the services of a plumber.

Tim was called by me to offer advice on the safety of my gas fire place. His response was really prompt and after a site visit he promptly provided a really reasonable quote. Once the quote was confirmed he fitted in with my timetable and serviced the fireplace. An added bonus was he also voluntarily located a manual which he has left with me for future reference. A few weeks later my flooring contractors arrived and advised they needed the gas fireplace and a toilet removed. Tim was there the same day and promptly arrived to reinstall when the flooring guys had finished. Highly efficient, friendly, professional and a top quality service. Highly recommended. You won’t be sorry.

Fantastic communication, service, and follow-up! Tim was really responsive, managed to talk a supplier into selling him a part (we needed) rather than the entire unit and fixed a broken seat as an added bonus. Even emailed the next day to check all was well. Will definitely use North Shore Plumbing again!

We have used Tim for numerous gas fitting and plumbing jobs. He is very organised; he sends an email confirmation of your booking. His standard of work is very high, and he’s passionate about solving issues. He genuinely cares about us as clients. We had an ongoing drainage issue (unrelated to his work), and he was very concerned for us and thought about it in his own time then he called me with a suggestion to solve it. He also pointed out an issue with our new kitchen plans, so we were able to change the plans before it was a problem. I highly recommend using Tim for any plumbing or gas fitting work.

I contacted 4 different plumbers to quote for replacing our pipes from the road to our house - we were getting a strong metallic taste in our water and the pipes were original so we knew it was time to replace them. Tim not only provided the best quote but the most efficient solution too which didn't tear up our whole garden. He turned up on time, worked quickly and delivered an outstanding result, he even took the time to fix a leaky outdoor tap and fix our toilet seat which had wiggles loose. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again and I recommend him to all our friends. He also left a little North Shore Plumbing toy truck for my son, which he loves, what a great guy! Super happy with the work done. Came out and fixed up our hot water cylinder after purchasing a property where the hot water cylinder hadn’t been installed properly. Done everything that was required to make it safe, and now don’t have to live in fear of my daughter scalding herself! Lovely, friendly, reliable and prompt service. Highly recommend
