So annoying. The young Indian lady was trying to charge me the adults price for kids clothing they had in the kids bins. Aged 12 years!!! She knew clearly they were kids clothing but still refused to sell it to me for kids price even though they had so much kids clothing in that area from sizes newborn to 14years!! What made it worse was that she was sooooo extremely rude about it. I came back the next week and had no problems at all with purchasing the same items from another lovely young lady for kids prices with no problems at all. Please train your staff a bit better so you don't leave your customers feeling embarrassed and angry.

This incident happened around a year ago. It still angers me every time I think about it , so I decided to write a review.I bought an ice cream container of Lego here for $200. It was wrapped up in glad wrap to discourage customers going through it. I asked the manager for a discount as it seemed very expensive. He refused, saying there was a set in there worth $600+ retail.I thought about it for a while and decided to take the risk and buy it. When I got home I was shocked to see that there wasn't anything of significant value in there (worth about $50 at the most) .I rang up the store straight away and told them I wanted to return it. I spoke to a lady on the phone who denied that the lego was only worth $50, and also said to me the lego was worth around $600 retail.I then spoke to the manager. He admitted to me he didn't know the true value of the lego, and only told me it was worth $600 as that is what he was told by the person who brang the lego in the store. He refused to give me a refund, despite the false advertising. It was partly my fault for not doing my due diligence before purchasing. However, what the manager did to me was wrong. There was no real reason why he couldn't give me a refund. Op shops get their items for free, it would have caused the shop no harm to give me a refund. Instead I was lied to and scammed out of $200.I tried to recover some of my losses by selling the lego on trade me. I ended up selling the lego for $20 after it was listed for 6 months.

Every single thing is way over priced. An opshop is made for people that are struggling, how does a place like this have jackets for over $100 and 20 year old drills for $50? This must be the most over full opshop in existence. The manager google searches the retail price then pushes a high price expecting to be able to sell it. Horrid

So much stock at brilliant prices. The volunteers working there were so helpful and helped me to find some amazing pieces. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you!
