I recently asked Resene ColourShop in Nelson to create a new, special, bright mid-blue to be mixed as a high-gloss oil-based paint specifically to match an existing logotype and signage.I am an advertising Art Director and the Manager, who has an excellent understanding of colour balance, informed me exactly what he he would do to match the difficult blue, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. He even bothered to create a new brand name for this colour, calling it Earth Gems Blue."I will most certainly use this Resene's branch in Nelson for future projects."

I was not allowed in your store because I can't wear a mask.My husband asked why and he said that the woman behind the counter politely him that management told him that I had to wear a maskI have a mask excemption from the government

Never buying resene again.purchased paint they recomended for out door tiles. Followed instrucións fully. Paint peeled off in huge swathes following rain. After manager inspecting the tiles he admmited it was not fit for the job and gave us a partial refund.Now we have painted a wall on the sunny side of the house with coolcolour paint reccomended forall sorts of exterior surfaces. This is Resenes advertising online."1A redución in the suns heating effective on exterior surface.2.Reduced heat related substrate movement, which help improvem the durability of both the substrate and the paint system. This is important for most cladding types.. ............The lterature says it doesn't get as hot as a normal dark colored paint but in actual fact it gets so hot on a hot day you can not put your hand on it for more than a few seconds.4 months after painting we have bubbles forming and one board has developed cracks.The manager has just made excuses and tried to blame the underlying paint.Seems to me that Resene are successful because they spend millóns on advertising.Will take This further. Right is might."

Very helpful and friendly staff. I didnt realize that test pots aren't filled out back, but ordered in. Something to look out for with those lesser chosen colors.

Visited Resene to get some ideas about paint colours for our new room.The staff member who I dealt with was amazingly helpful, engaging and knowledgeable.

incredibly disappointed at the staff member not offering to swap a $3.50 testpot I had bought by mistake and had not used. Felt like I was accused of being dishonest. It's really not a way to encourage customer loyalty.
