I think the fact that most, if not all the staff are musicians or engineers has a lot to do with Rockshop's great customer service. They hire staff who are part of their target market, so staff knowledge of products is usually pretty good. Not to mention, staff are friendly! Have never had an unprofessional customer service experience or problem with Rockshop.

Really cool shop. Staff are very helpful and friendly, they let us jam on a wonderful fender guitar and even gave my girl some free stickers. Awesome West style service. Visit here for all you musical supplies, you won’t be. Aroha nu nui Kia koutou nga kaimahi

My family visited to have a look kids drum and guitar. My daughter tried kid’s drums just sit down and tried foot pedals. Then all of sudden male staff who engaged with other customers almost yelling to us “No touch drums at all”. I didn’t know that ‘No touch ‘ rules in the shop but I wonder how can buy kid’s drum if it is not allowed. There is no written sign or verbal warning not to touch. It was such a disappointed and uncomfortable experience.

I had an amazing experience at the rockshop Henderson! I was looking around for some equipment, and was helped out by a worker named Alicia. She was very knowledgeable in all the products, and extremely insightful. She was a great help in making my decision today, incredibly kind and respectful. The store itself was extremely neat and tidy, it has so much stock and different instruments/equipment. Would definitely give the rockshop Henderson a visit if you are in need of supplies.

A very special thank you to Rock Shop Henderson for finding a jumbo guitar case to give my dad, Bill Sevesi's guitar a new safe home for storage. The old Maton guitars are so different from what they used to make and dad's guitar is now around 60 years old. It carries such nostalgic and historical value, around the history of our dance hall days; recordings dad did over the decades of his hawaiian, island, foxtrot, tango... you name it. The Orange Ballroom was his famous spot for over 18 years.
