This is a McDonald's. I don't know what other reviewers are expecting. I dislike that there are terminals where you type your own order in and enter payment but that is the direction the world is going, it takes away from the service aspect.. The staff was clearly working hard to fulfill orders and the store looked clean. They were very busy since everything else in the area seems to close early. If you're going to go here because it is the only option you should probably appreciate the staff for being there.

It is famous junk food giant McDonald's. Saw lot of young lads working there. Drive through service operating, so does in store and dining in. On the day of my visit (21/Apr/2022), one out of two ordering stations was out of order. There is onsite parking and a separate allocated parking behind it. Mobile fuel station is close by.

Trying to get a quick breakfast before going to jet boat. Waited in the drive through for almost 45 mins. I've never had to wait so long for McDonald's. I wish I read the reviews first.... Do not go here unless you want to waste time.Also found a hair on my bacon and egg mcmuffin.

For the price of the food, don't bother; it was really bad. There is plenty of better food in Queenstown given the same price. No wonder it was not crowded even though it was dinner time.Service? Don't talk about the service, it was equally bad as well.The only saving grace it has is the view, but then such a view can be found anywhere in Queenstown.

Quick drive thru service and the filet o fish was very good - fresh bun and well put together. Good fries but the drink was mostly ice.

Big improvements here in past few months. Everyone's been to many McDonald's branches,All know allow that all branches don't have the same standards.This branch has become one of the best, service is 100% friendly,food arrives far quicker,quality, and presentation,Has improved greatly.This is definitely a decent McDonald's branch

Terrible!!!! This is the 2nd time this guy was rude to me. 11.04.23 around 7.25pm. Filipino guy at the window infront. First time he didn't even look at me he just extended the efspos machine to my car and looked away. This time when my car was pulling up to him I was trying to tell him that the guy who took my order didn't enter what drink I wanted with my meal. So I asked him politely if I could please have a fanta with no ice. And he kept rushing me and said yes just go forward I will bring it. I wanted to ask for ketup but he just said yes just go and park infront. So I went to park and wait. When he brought out my food there was no ketchup and Fanta had ice after requesting no ice. I asked for ketchup and he said burger has sauce in it. Like foreal u gonna say that???? Like really???? he didn't even apologize for any of it. Look at this burger! No sauce and half cheese ! Just horrible! Frankton needs more training with customer service and better food !

I went to get my coffee early before work about 7:15 and they took about 20 mins to make a coffee I was the only one waiting on an order too don’t know what they were doing but all goodDrive thru the other day was waiting about half an hour even when it wasn’t that busy very slow service

Incredible service, and food was perfect in every way. The Big Mac was juicy and full, as was the McChicken, and of a high standard too were the nuggets. All good was hot and hasty service. Just wanted to let you guys know what a great job you did.
