Fixed two problematic issues that we have had recently with our Decramastic roof in his usual careful & considered attitude to solve problems efficiently.Well done Mr Mather and sincere thanks for everything you did for us!

We had our roof repaired by Danny and his team recently and were pleasantly surprised by the price and service. We had spoken with other roofers but felt Danny only quoted us for what was needed without trying to upsell us. Work was completed to a high standard in the timeframe we agreed.I would recommend to anyone needing roof work.

I am really disappointed in the service and the lack of basic courtesy I received from this business. I rang on Monday the 24th of July and talked to Danny regarding our leaky roof and Danny promised to go over and fix it. A couple of days later when he hadn't I rang him again and talked to him and he assured that he would come around. I rang every day after that and left messages, e mails explaining that the roof is leaking into our home as it rained every day but Danny has not been answering my calls or getting back to me via e mail. I rang for a last time and left a final voice mail saying how their is water damage now and if he can't attend to our job to please let me know as I didn't want to go ahead and book some one else as in my mind he has booked us in but when couple of days later when I heard nothing, I got my husband to ring. This time Danny answered the phone and have admitted to my husband that he received all my messages but he has been avoiding my calls as he had enough jobs for 3 months????All he had to do was to say he was busy and I would have found another contractor. INSTEAD he JUST IGNORED MY REQUESTS. So my roof leaked in to the house for practically 2 straight weeks while I expected him to come around to fix it as he promised and I waited since I didn't want to double book the job. Appalling service and you also lack basic human courtesy.

I have had Mather Roof Coatings come and spray my roof for moss and lichen. From quote to completion of job, everything went well and I found Danny and his team a pleasure to deal with.As mentioned by Danny when I first contacted him, it would take around six months to see the results of the work. Now that time has elapsed my roof tiles look just like new. Great job!

I would not recommend considering Mathers for any domestic roof repairs. Like the other reviewer here, we had our time wasted by Danny. Our roof was leaking during recent heavy winter rain. I asked Danny to take a look at what needed replacing and to provide a quote. I very clearly requested we needed the work to get underway as soon as possible to limit further damage.I chased for 2 weeks, left numerous voice messages, text messages and even went so far as to say to Danny if they were too busy or the job too small to consider then to just let me know. I was assured the quote was in the process, meanwhile more rain meant more damage to an entire wall of our home.I finally messaged again and was told he gave someone else the task of passing on the quote. When I asked for their details I was ignored. Yes, I've now moved on and found a roofer (quoted and completed within days) who we will also be asking to complete an additional roof replacement job.If you don't want to be given the run around, by someone who disrespects your home and your time, then I steongly advise you to AVOID Mathers Roofing.
