I absolutely love my new kitchen. I have never been much of a cook or enjoyed working in the kitchen before, but now I just love coming home from work and preparing meals. Kitchen Studio helped to transform my kitchen to an amazing space and have been so easy to work with, fixing any little issues or concerns straight away. The quality of the kitchen and high standards, combined with the very friendly staff who were always easy to communicate with has been amazing. I'm so pleased I chose Kitchen Studio to transform my kitchen.

Kitchen Studio helped us totally remodel our kitchen. We expanded the kitchen, moving a wall and needed a custom design, build and install. Elise helped us make the right decisions about our kitchen design. Kitchen Studio were very accommodating of our timelines and schedules to help us get a fabulous finished product. They provided all the trades we needed and every single one of them were pleasant, skilled and respectively during a fairly hefty renovation project. George who installed the kitchen was a total delight to have around. The final product is amazing. Renovating is a big job and takes a fair amount of organising and there is always unavoidable disruption, but they supported us through any delays and explained any problems. We would absolutely recommend Kitchen Studio.

Design:Very impressed with the actual design and finish of the kitchen. Sarah the designer is very thoughtful and skilled in her role. She helped adapt changes through the process and made the space incredible. The finished result is truly fantastic.Be aware though that any design changes to the original concept plan will cost. I was stung with an extra $900 redesign fee! Informed of this after the redesign was done of course.Build:The kitchen is of high quality materials and the finish is exceptional.Installation:The installers were very competent and ensured the finish was to a high standard. No damage was left on the final product and any issues were rectified. George the builder is brilliant, very precise and careful with his work.Management of the installation and contract:The service provided was appalling throughout the kitchen build - information was not forthcoming, contract delivery dates were not met.I highly recommend you DO NOT pay 100% of the kitchen invoice before install as per their 'conditions' as you will need to have some leverage when management of the installation falls to pieces like it did.They don't respect the contract they make with you and you're the only one who suffers - my kitchen was not delivered on the contract date (scheduled 5 weeks after the final measure), mine was 7 days later and the store manager only bothered to contact me on the contract date to advise the delay. Apparently they were down one staff member and knew the delay 2-3 weeks prior but never bothered to tell me. This was the start of many many surprises.You need to know that install is at least '7-8 weeks' from the date of DELIVERY as defined by management after my install process began. Much longer than I was lead to believe during the sales pitch.Major components of my kitchen had not even been sent for manufacturing until well after the contracted installation date - namely the upper cabinets and oak table. This was not communicated beforehand and made the process more frustrating.A tradesman was sent to install the rangehood at *additional* cost without my consent or it being included in the scope.There was a lot of back and forth and copies of unsighted documents cited trying to justify how I was 'informed'.Make sure you keep copies of the original signed off plans given at the final measure. I had minor design elements changed that were not communicated to me and didn't match the original signed off plans - this was a surprise when the cabinets were installed. Whilst I was happy with the re designed elements, I would have preferred a quick email to check it was ok.After all the issues I was offered 2% of the contract value as compensation.Summary:The kitchen finish is stunning, very modern and user friendly.Very poor at basic contract management and variation approval with customer prior to implementation.Overall the high cost paid unfortunately did not match the poor level of service/response received during installation.

Sadly you say you care about your reviews, but maybe you should care about this at the time of consultation and install. Your kitchen designers do a great job, it just a shame that when it goes to being over seen by Darryn it all goes down hill. Once we signed on the dotted line and agreed to you guarantee deposit any form of customer service went out the door, we were left with no communication ( if we did get any communication it was passive aggressive or told to refer to the itinerary install plan which could be changed as per kitchen Studios desire) and no customer service. If any problems came up we were the ones to contact anyone or ask your poor installer who had to play piggy in the middle. Any excitement we had of our dream kitchen was thoroughly taken away by your lack of professionalism. We now wonder if we had to pay more on top of the kitchen price to get any kind of professional customer service. As for you guarantee deposit, all that means is you get paid in full and leave your customers with no power during the installation. We would never deal or recommend this company.

We've had a great experience with Kitchen Studio and are really chuffed with our new kitchen. Our space is reasonably small, and had a few challenges, but Elise designed a fabulous layout that really works for us - so much better than our own ideas! We were really impressed with the care taken during installation to make sure that everything worked perfectly - nothing was a problem. The kitchen fits so well with the overall feel of our home, while still being modern, super functional, and beautiful.

Never did finish our kitchen off. Not sure why they got voted most trusted kitchen brand - wonder when that was..... Would never recommend this business.Sarah was lovely to work with until we signed the contract to proceed and then we never heard from her again.Had two different builders install our kitchen and lot of mistakes made, which never got fixed.

Amanda was extremely helpful in designing our new kitchen. She listened to what we wanted, made suggestions and took great care to design a kitchen which works extremely well for us and with which we are delighted. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Amanda and Kitchen Studio South.

Lovely staff

We asked Kitchen Studio to help us update a very run down kitchen we had been using for over 20 years. Nothing really had a place, and it didn't flow at all. Sarah captured our vision and made it come alive. She gave us great pointers and designs that just wowed us. We decided to go for quality and long-lasting fittings, benchtops and cupboards. We do not regret it. Kitchen Studio were nothing but professional, helpful and always on time. Now we have our new kitchen to enjoy, it not only wows us everyday, but also those people who come to visit who can appreciate what we had before and what we now are blessed with. Thank you Elise, Sarah and the team for such a wonderful space in our house.
