I recently had an unfortunate experience with Delta Force Paintball that left me disappointed and frustrated.First and foremost, I had made a booking for a group of 15 people through the Red Balloon website. Everything seemed to be going smoothly until several days later when I received an unexpected cancellation notice from Delta Force Paintball. This sudden cancellation was a cause for concern and left me wondering what went wrong.To my surprise, when I contacted Delta Force Paintball to inquire about the cancellation, they informed me that they required an additional payment of $600 in order to proceed with the game. This unexpected demand for extra money felt like a setback and left me questioning the transparency of their booking process.While I understand that businesses have the right to set their prices and make adjustments when necessary, the way in which Delta Force Paintball handled the situation was highly disappointing. Cancelling a booking after it had been confirmed and paid for, only to demand a substantial amount of money to proceed, felt like a questionable business practice.In situations like these, clear and upfront communication is crucial. I believe it is the responsibility of the company to inform customers about any additional costs or changes prior to confirming the booking. Unfortunately, in my case, I felt blindsided by the last-minute request for more money.Paintball is a recreational activity that many people enjoy, and it is disheartening when an experience that was supposed to be fun turns into a frustrating ordeal. As a customer, I expected a smoother and more transparent process from Delta Force Paintball, especially considering the initial confirmation of my booking.In conclusion, my experience with Delta Force Paintball was marred by the sudden cancellation of my booking followed by an unexpected request for additional payment. I hope that the company takes these concerns into account and works towards improving their communication and booking procedures, ensuring a more pleasant and transparent experience for their customers in the future.

Please, please be aware of the real costs of this outlet. Suggest you ask the person who books you to in on the phone ( you can’t do it online) to tell you the TOTAL price of your event. It’s not $14.95 pp. THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY ON THE PAINTBALLS. As long as you realise this it could work for you. I paid about $500 for this event for six kids (originally seven) including balls on the day. But I booked for $111 and was told I could just buy the paintballs on the day. Hmmm. Hard not to think this is a strategy. You don’t get a refund if a kid can’t make it - which they do state clearly.Kids had fun and staff onsite were great. Probably a bit too hard for them and so not ideal as a party event. Some kids ran out of balls - we had 500. Three hours was too long for the kids. Staff onsite were great. Location is lovely but hard to find. Suggest not a great birthday party event for kids - better as a corporate function.

Went today and enjoyed a lovely afternoon session playing paintball among 3 different maps. Fair priced paintballs, good packages also, the staff today were friendly, the manager the young chap and the young lady. Will definitely be returning. Would be nice to have a loyalty programme for cheaper bullets etc or cancel the $25 booking fee per person

Terrible experience and an absolute scam!!! Ended up paying close to $900 for what I thought would only cost about 300 max. Don’t trust these guys and please read the reviews before you go. On arrival I was told the bullets I purchased were not going to be enough and I was told to buy more to give them a “great” experience. Seeing it was my sons 10th birthday I didn’t want him to be disappointed so I purchased more bullets. I took a group of 10 kids under the ages of 10, for starter they grouped them with people we didn’t know, we thought our group would be playing against each other. 5 on 5. But instead they grouped them with adults who were being mean and bullying our kids to the point that 3 of them wanted to stop playing. Once I realised this I asked to speck to the manager to discuss why they had set the group up this way, he was no help whatsoever and almost rolled his eye at me over this. I also mentioned if the people taking the groups are even paying any attention to what’s happening as the kids were clearly visibly upset and he said yes they are with them the whole time! So then they saw this and did nothing!! Just the whole experience was bad and I would never recommend this to anyone or would go again myself.

Came here for a work event and we were looked after by Dean! Dean was so humorous, made sure we we’re all looked after and was very communicative. You can really tell the amount of work he has put in his craft and we wouldn’t have had as much fun without Dean guiding us through it all! Thanks so much for the amazing time Dean! :)

Had a great time playing paintball here, very welcoming to newcomers to paintball. The marshals Chloe and Travis were very helpful and friendly. All games were fairly split up and the arenas were fun and big enough for large groups. Would definitely go here again, we even got a free upgrade after we purchased the black ops package.

Terrible customer service. Do not recommend Delta Force Paintball Woodhill. I wished I had read these reviews sooner.I made a booking in August 2022 for a stag December 2023 then Delta Force paintball tried told me they been trying to contacting me regarding my Paintball booking due to the clocks changing they needed to moved our arrival time which was a lie as I had been on the phone with them 30 mins earlier. You would think they knew about daylight savers when I booked, which meant we had to change the times for the other stag events.A few days before the stag, they canceled the event due to circumstances beyond their control, which ruined the stag. Thankfully, we were able to get a refund and ensure that it will be action that day, which was another lie as it took over 3 weeks to get the refund. Delta Force Paintball Woodhill were very eager to have out money which we paid in advance.Thankfully, we did get our money back after the many emails and phones.

I don’t normally comments on Google; but my experience was very disappointing. We had to wait in the cold wind for nearly one hour, the place for waiting is super windy. Not enough staff, too many people waiting. We paid $700 for 6 people when i initially thought it could be around $300. We drove 1 hour expecting to have a wonderful day, but the long wait, unexpected cost totally ruined it all.

It was an amazing experience. Definitely recommend. Absolute blast. The guide Dean was great. I am definitely playing paintball here again in the near future.
