I've always been terrified of going to the dentist until I came here! Always amazing and friendly staff whenever I visit! Nick is great at answering questions and putting my anxiety at ease. Couldn't recommend any higher!!

I had lots of pain in my tooth thanks for helping me I really appreciate it, you helped me when my regular dentist wasn't giving me an appointment. Now after my couple of visits I can say that the team at Bay dental care is awesome. Highly recommended.

Very Disappointed. I was referred to them for root canal treatment. I rung them and they booked me for consultation and they told me yes they will be able to give me quote for the treatment after the consultation appointment. I went to the clinic and they said we need to take Xtra because the one my dentist sent is not really visible. After the Xtra was done. They said we don't have any specialist here. They charged $75 for nothing. I already had my Xtra done with my dentist a week ago. They should have told me this when I rung them that they don't have any root canal specialist.

Never liked going to the dentist , but to be honest this is the best treatment and care I have ever received .Highly recommend Dr Nick and his team. Thanks again

I rang for an appointment as my top teeth were infected. My face was swollen and I explained this to the receptionist. She said we can get you in if we have a cancellation and the next available appointment is in two days. Found another dentist in Napier who saw me the next morning and gave me a script for antibiotics.You need to have time set aside for emergencies. But it worked out well for me because I have a new dentist who is absolutely lovely.

Best Dental Place In The Country hands down! friendly team,they know what they are doing and take real good care of you. I had not one single bit of pain right down to even putting the needle in for the anesthetic. he numbed my gums up real good first.couldnt feel a single thing! was amazing. I was dreading the dentist before my first visit and was happy to return to my second one.Thanks to the team At Bay Dental for a very satisfying and comfortable Experience .would highly recommend to anyone who wants a painless and comfortable experience 1000000/10 .
