I live in Taranaki and I have been having issues with my salt water chlorination system for quite some time. I contacted a number of local and not so local experts for relevant information about my system and how I might solve my pool problems. Some didn't manage to even get back to me.After a number of frustrating conversations with so called 'experts' I finally found a team who knew exactly what they were talking about and if they didn't know, they were willing to find out and get back to me.Thanks to the wonderful team at Pool Clinic in Whanganui I now have a fully functional chlorination system.I can not say enough about the high level of knowledge and service they were able to provide to me. A DREADFUL experience from the moment of meeting the alleged manager, Jordan McDonald. Such a rotten experience after spending $14695 on a spa. We even accepted a loss of $1500 just to end the harrowing experience, and get him to remove the spa from our property.
