Fantastic service from first enquiry to rental of vehicle. Communication was great and Handy Rentals went above and beyond to find me a vehicle at short notice. After waiting 20 minutes for them to process my returned vehicle, they then added diesel to it which spilled all over the ground because the tank was already full! They then made us pay for all the fuel on the ground.His excuse, it was too dark to see the fuel… worst ever!!!!!

So as for Rentals go, this Handy Rentals were my Favorite Choice. Prices were up front, unlike other companies. Kate was more than welcoming myself to Palmerston North and that were a great feeling. Kate explained all the Rental options to me, and we had a deal done in about 5 minutes. If anyone is ever in doubt about Wich Rentals to use, look no further.
