We are local and usually love this place however last night we were terribly disappointed. Food was good but service not had to wait almost an hour for meal to arrive and certainly not busy. Shame as it's so handy

Lovely outdoor setting with the choice of undercover or open air dining, clean and tidy. Been here a few times and chosen different meals each time and not dissapointed on all occasions. Protocol well adhered to with our drinks and meal ordered from our table and delivered in good time. Wonderful staff and pricing very reasonable.

I've had some previous bad experiences here to the point I just stopped coming. I thought I'd give the new menu a try and whilst it looks good on paper, it was bland and dry.I also dont understand when you advertise that youre closed for several weeks to revamp and reopen, why you wouldn't clean the outside area of established cob webs.That was my last chance with this place. I've tried to support you but there's much better options out there.

First time visitors & were not disappointed. Staff friendly & attentive. Great selection of dinner options at reasonable prices. Good atmosphere. Would happily come again & recommend to others.

Three of us decided to pop down for dinner.Staff were warm and friendly when we arrived, answered menu questions politely and took our order promptly.We chose two Chicken burgers and the fish and chips. All meals were made with quality ingredients, servings were value for money and they tasted delicious!Omokoroa is lucky to have this eatery as their local, and it deserves support. Our group was impressed with the experience, and will be back! Thank you!

Bad service, asked for water but was forgotten. The ribs I had were luke warm, friends fish was luke warm. Weirdly the entrees came out with the mains, my partners main was forgotten / duty manager didn’t even notice - had to ask for it, came out when we had all finished our meals. Drinks service slowww, also three items on the mains not available. Yeah would not recommend or return

This place serves the best Steak, cooked to perfection as was the whole meal, complients to the Thursday night chef, front staff were very friendly and attentive too, top marks, really appreciated as older people
