10 out of 10! Fast response to service our commercial washing machine - we had previously had another repairer in who said, needed to replace the expensive machine, Craig has this sorted with parts in under 24 hours. Very personable, great service with a smile and saved us considerable expensive as if we listened to prior advice would have replaced and not repaired. Bad service. Booked them to come around but never turned up. After 3 days I called them and they recommended me to call Martellas. Didn't have the decency to communicate at all.

Five stars on actual service. Craig was quick, thorough and knowledgeable. I had an element replaced in my oven.A little shakey in the admin. At first my original appointment time was missed with a mix up. My account came with a different name but it wasnt a problem when I called and it was sorted immediately.
