Shop is well stocked and clean but owner refuses to wear face mask and no surfaces wiped following customer

My experience was less than acceptable. I will make this very simple. If you get paint off the Resene shop in Kaitaia open it at the counter and confirm that it is what you asked for. If you go back 5 days later you will be told to go away. Unfortunately Gavin the owner there will take no responsibility for their error even under the consumer guarantees act.We asked for Resenes Lignite and we got chocolate. When we asked him to show us the color swatch that he was representing he could not match the chocolate with anything that said Lignite. ...quite simple really but so very frustrating when an owner takes no responsibilityPlease note the the Resene Color Shop in Kaitaia is not part of Resenes, they are just a reseller. Resenes is a quality professional outfit well represented in Kerikeri.Simon
