Hopeless. Booked a car trailer paid for it then get told I can’t take it due to my tow vehicle then I turn around to get my money back but then oh you can take it if you want?. Either it’s ok or not ok ? Maybe check beforehand with what you are towing with what is being towed and this wouldn’t happen. I know your only looking out for the customer but such a time wasting experience that could of been avoided!

Absolutely the best service. Great prices & great gear.I rented a cherry picker (pictured) to clean, paint the fascia & soffit around the 2nd story of our house.

If you could give zero stars I would. Booked a moving truck weeks ago to shift house soon, just got called and told that someone else wants to extend their booking so the truck is unavailable to me, even though I have the dates booked. its not ideal

*updated review* our initial service experience was less than average but after Donna from Hireways got in touch I will definitely up the star rating. She showed genuine customer focus & was very straight up and easy to deal with.

I hired a small digger from HireWays for the weekend and I managed to put a hole in a hose which rended the machine unusable.I phoned HireWays late Saturday afternoon and they send out Mike who turned up very quickly and he had to drive an hour to where I was. Nothing was too much trouble, he fixed the machine and then gave me a lesson on how to use it more efficiently.I expected them to say that they would come fix it on Monday, but they were there straight away. Great service from all at HireWays.They far exceeded my expectations.Eric Lister
