Never in my life was I so embarrassed to leave a hairdresser. First of all since when do you cut hair without washing it first? Then second of all spraying my hair with a waterspray and then cutting it without dividing it? I was about to cry, seriously. The boss of the salon did not even say hello when I came in and looked at me like I was some dirt and start talking in her own language. I never felt more like a stranger then I did today. While I was there they were constantly talking in another language so I felt really uncomfortable. After the first piece of cutting I was about to run away but then he started blow drying my hair so I thought almost over but no…. My hair was dried and he started cutting again…. WHILE IT WAS DRY?! After the second part of cutting he started to put oil in my hair!!! Great let’s make my hair more oily …. As I did not washed my hair before coming… Because washing your hair before a haircut is something that supposed to happen at the salon. Most unpleasant experience ever.

I just dropped in to make an appointment and she was able to cut straight away. They know their stuff, I went with her guidelines and suggestion and we compromised... What an amazing experience and I love my haircut. I read another review complaining of not offering to wash hair, I had washed mine anticipating a haircut, and I'm happy with that.
