I don’t understand how this shop works. On a not so busy day, we ordered two cups of tea at 15:52, at 16:30 they still haven’t even made them. They were still making the orders that were 5 numbers before ours. At the same time, they still allow online orders to come in, and they are still making the online orders. The staffs are overwhelmed but Boss is stingy and not hiring enough staff.

Really like the drinks here but the staff had terrible attitude. If it’s a busy day then that’s understandable but there were literally only me and my friend there. When we ask about the recent buy one get one free discount, she was really impatient. I guess she had a bad day but still can you at least be nice. Hope you guys improve on the staff attitude.

I ordered a Kumquat Lemon Jasmine Tea and it was fantastic. Waiting time wasn't too bad. Customer service was ok and pricing is fair .. but they should really update the prices for all drinks on their menus as they have gone up a bit.

five stars for Bobo Milk Tea, delicious drinks, great service and ok pricing.I wish that they have pictures of the drinks on their menu, otherwise it’s a guessing game if you’re new to the place and you don’t know what to order.
